A full brand system and corporate website for CGC Digital — the digital arm of Malaysia's national credit guarantor — and its imSME platform, the country's first online financing referral home for micro, small, and medium enterprises.

+Challenges

CGC Digital straddles two audiences at once: MSME owners looking for a fast, no-collateral financing path, and the financial institutions on the other side of the bridge. The brand had to feel inclusive and approachable for first-time borrowers, while staying credible and infrastructural to its banking partners.

That meant building one identity system, one website, and one tone of voice that could carry both narratives without diluting either — anchored by a brand promise around making finance inclusive, accessible, and fast.

Brand guidelines had to govern an extensive system that would be touched by internal teams, partner banks, and regional rollouts — the rules had to be tight enough to hold the brand across hands, loose enough to let the brand grow with new products.
