Clear Strength
Malaysia's first clear whey isolate protein brand — refreshing tropical-fruit flavours built for a new generation of fitness consumers who want function without the milkshake-heavy experience that defines the legacy category.
The category was dominated by conventional milkshake-style protein branding — saturated colours, hyper-masculine codes, and packaging built for nutrition-store aisles rather than scroll-stopping social feeds.
Clear Strength needed to communicate a lighter, juice-like whey isolate experience instantly, while standing apart in a crowded digital-first market. The packaging had to read on a phone before it read on a shelf — and it had to convince a younger, more sceptical audience that this wasn't just another scoop-and-shake variant.
Flavour-coding had to do double duty: differentiate at a glance and signal a more refreshing product experience than the category default. The brand had to feel premium and credible without losing the energy that pulls a new audience in.
The system had to work natively in vertical formats first — product cards, social tiles, mobile shelf views — since most discovery in the category now happens on phones rather than in stores.
The final system pairs deep navy tones with vibrant flavour-coded accents for stronger visual contrast and recall — the navy does the premium work, the accents do the personality work.
Dynamic liquid-splash elements reinforce the refreshing, juice-inspired positioning, giving the brand a more invigorating and clearly differentiated presence online. The splash language carries from packaging into key visuals and social assets, so the brand reads consistently from feed to shelf.
Built for a digital-first launch, the system is engineered to scale into adjacent SKUs (new flavours, new formats) without rebuilding the visual logic — the navy + accent system is the framework; flavour just changes the accent.
Clear Strength has the brand foundation to expand into new formats and adjacent categories — protein bars, recovery powders, hydration — all extending from the same visual grammar that defines the launch. Built to grow without rebuilding.
