A packaging revamp and ecommerce site for ThunderPets — a Malaysian pet wellness brand of dog and cat supplements built around the idea that pets deserve premium care from a brand that talks like a friend.

Pet supplements is a category where shoppers move fast between credibility cues (clinical-feeling claims) and emotional cues (cute, pet-first warmth). ThunderPets needed packaging that handles both — quality assurances front-and-centre, with a tone that still treats the pet as family.

The ecommerce site had to extend that same dual job: easy to browse 16+ SKUs across dog and cat lines, with enough warmth and product education to support a category most buyers research before buying. Cross-shopping between dog and cat lines had to be effortless for multi-pet households.

The system is built to scale as new SKUs and benefit categories are added — the packaging and site architecture absorb new products without rewriting the visual logic.
