+Introduction

A "Beat The Study Mess" social-first campaign for STABILO — three months of curated content across Malaysia and Singapore, built around three product categories and one rallying cry: Organize. Colorize. Memorize.

+Challenges

Two markets, one brand — but two very different playbooks. Malaysia leaned into artistic, creative expression and student-led storytelling; Singapore was driven by KOL engagement, aesthetic visuals, and influencer-curated study setups.

The campaign needed a single voice strong enough to anchor both, while flexing easily between art-led posts and influencer-led storytelling — without losing the playful energy that makes Stabilo Stabilo. The content had to drive three months of consistent posting cadence across multiple channels without becoming repetitive, and it had to ladder back to the same three-product structure without feeling like a SKU catalogue.

Beneath the content there was a brand promise to keep clear: that Stabilo is the tool that turns study chaos into a system worth showing off.

+Final thoughts

"Organize. Colorize. Memorize." became the through-line — a triple-beat tagline that doubled as a content framework across three months of social. Each beat mapped to a category (highlighters, gel pens, fineliners) and a content lane (study organization, colour theory, memory techniques), giving the team a clear weekly rhythm.

From fun facts and product tips to KOL styling guides, every post laddered back to the campaign — giving each market the storytelling lane it needed while keeping the brand voice tight and consistent across both. The framework made cross-market collaboration easier: posts could be localised at the asset layer while sharing the same strategic intent.

By the end of the run, Stabilo had a content engine the brand could replicate beyond the campaign — a reusable framework for future product launches in the same category.

The campaign infrastructure outlasts the campaign itself. The "Organize. Colorize. Memorize." framework is now Stabilo's playbook for any future product launch in the same category — a content engine that already proved itself across two markets.
